Information we may collect
Account and contact details, property information, photos and documents you upload, messages and viewing requests, marketing selections, and technical information needed to operate and protect the service.
Ownership and authorization documents
If you submit proof of ownership or authority to market a space, it should be used only for verification and fraud prevention. Verification documents should not be displayed publicly.
How information is used
To create and operate listing pages, connect owners with prospective tenants, manage account verification, deliver requested marketing or support services, improve the product, and protect the platform from misuse.
Public listing information
Information you choose to publish on a property page can be visible to anyone with the listing URL. Private screening preferences, verification documents and non-public account information should remain private unless you choose to share them.
Service providers
Production may rely on service providers for hosting, maps, communications, analytics, payments, advertising and verification. Only the information needed for the selected service should be shared with those providers.
Your choices
Owners should be able to edit or unpublish a listing, update account details, manage marketing choices and request help with account or privacy questions.
Retention and security
Production systems should keep information only as long as it is needed for the service, legal obligations, security or dispute handling, and should use appropriate access controls and safeguards.
