Platform role
RentDirectly can provide listing pages, communication tools, marketing tools, area information and optional connections to independent leasing professionals. The platform does not automatically represent either party in a lease transaction.
Owners and authorized listers
You are responsible for having authority to market the space and for providing accurate information about availability, rent, additional costs, permitted uses, property condition and other material listing details.
Prospective tenants
Tenants are responsible for reviewing the property, confirming permitted use and business requirements, conducting appropriate due diligence and deciding whether a proposed lease is suitable.
Offers, viewings and messages
Messages, viewing requests and offers sent through RentDirectly do not create a lease unless the parties enter into a binding agreement separately.
Verification
Verification badges should describe only what RentDirectly actually checked. They are not a guarantee of a person, business, property condition or future performance.
Marketing services
Owners may share listing URLs themselves for free or purchase optional managed advertising. Advertising performance can vary and should not be represented as guaranteed unless expressly stated in a separate agreement.
Professional leasing help
If an owner requests professional help, any representation, fees and responsibilities should be confirmed separately with the professional or brokerage providing that service.
Acceptable use
Do not post false listings, impersonate another person, misuse private information, upload material you do not have permission to use, or use the platform for unlawful or deceptive activity.
